  • Please understand that you can not spot reduce body fat. When you lose weight it is from all over the body not just the belly. Dont start doing lots of crunches cause all you will do is increase the size of your belly muscle and appear larger. You will need to watch what you are eating, get in strength training and aerobic activiety. the combo of the 3 will help you lose weight and your belly will go down in size. Some beginner boot camp is a start. check out my other snippets.

  • mam my problem is .. im intimidated with my belly it's kinda big that's why i got concious to walk straight..what should i do
