@79catcer The Wurlitzer doesn't look midied. The little device must be something like a Korg Kaoss for voice effects control.

The force is strong in this one.

obviously outrageously amazing. total chills.
PS I saw an actual Cantilever in Australia and couldn't stop singing that song the rest of the trip. Are there more videos to come? I'll buy a DVD! I'll buy 2!

Does anybody know his setup? It the Wurlitzer midied? And what is that little device on the Wurlitzer?. Is he playing with prerecorded keyboard parts or is that some type of midi controller? Or were the other parts added post recording?

@79catcer + @eeppeliteloop : Thanks for the comments. Jon's touring Wurlitzer was modified to his specs, and yes IS "MIDI-fied" but he kept the natural Wurlitzer sound as well, mixing it with additional MIDI sounds. His touch screen is a custom designed front-end to all his backstage gear (including the vocal effects). It is actually quite involved, developed from scratch. Definitely no pre-recorded parts or overdubs.. this is the real deal. You can see his setup in our other videos too. Cheers!
