Just curious, are you also working on the emotional stuff that went along with the weight gain also? I think that has a lot to do with taking off the weight also.

Ok here is a bit of a nag, You seem to be a pleasant person and it might be hard to get aggressive with your doctor, but it's time to let him know he's just an overpaid mechanic and you want this done YOUR WAY! You can do this without being an asshole just look him square in the eyes and tell him you want a fill that will give you plenty of restriction. Have him do it too much then back it down a little. Remember you're the boss. Good Luck
