I loved the friendship/relationship between Rory and Dean, but after he got all crazy, I think that Marty should've become her new guy best friend/boyfriend.

Continuation: type of character and as she went with logan her down to earthness which I personally loved from season 1 to about 4 or 5 seemed to go as logan became more important , all I am saying marty would've been a nice boyfriend between dean and logan being a college boy who had to work hard to get where he was, just like lorelia had to work hard to get where she was would've been a great down to earth guy for rory.

I love marty he could've been a good match for rory...not stuck up like logan (sorry to logan fans don't hurt me!) but also not like dean in the way that dean didn't challenge her...maybe the writers thought marty was too dean like but he was a college boy so he would challenge her and encourage her like logan but be down to earth like dean (and jess) which is what rory needed, rory was always a sort of "I can do everything coz my grandparents are rich!"

Logan changed for rory and when he slept with Honor's friends he thought they were broken up cus they had a big fight! now yea, maybe he should've talked it over wit rory but thats just logan. He could have REALLY cheated on her lots of times but he didn't. He loves rory a lot and u can tell! She was the only girl that make him change!!! ( did u watch the rory and logan video "blessed" yet?

I persnally think Rory and Marty should have dated instead of Rory and Logan. I almost like them together as much as her and Jess. But I like Rory and Jess better.
