my work is 20 minutes on the step mill with 20lb vest, then this, to the floor crunches, 240 reaps on the ab coster with 2 10lb on each side 20lbs all together.
the my legmagic until i get to hurting (i'm new to it.lol)
the push ups in the chair with 20lb vest and chair press's or whatever you want to call them:P
then to my 35lb dumbbells 8 reaps of each thing i do and 4 sets.
and i'm done like the sun i stagger away to take my shower:P
