That's not an M3. You'll KNOW when it's an M3, because it sounds like an 8400 RPM normally aspirated V8, which is what it is.

The first car with the 'M' wheels is the 335D - in europe you can get them with the 'M sport package'. Impossible to tell if the car on the right (looking from the back) is a 335i or M3 - too dark to see any decals or whether it has the tell-tale 4 exhaust pipes.
