Did OJ look as nervous as Lance at his trial? Lemond looks relaxed he is concerned about the image of cycling and maybe upset that EPO knocked him out a couple years early. Can you blame him. As for Lance he should hire Ari Fleischer or any one from the Bush Administration to teach him how to appear calm and relaxed when the truth rises to the surface.
Because he tested positive for EPO, because he admitted to various riders that he used. Because this year he disapeard for 20 minutes when they came to test him.
well...Lance looks visibly uncomfortable. I just don't understand, why he defends what is undefendable? Of course he did drugs, it was proven but couldn't be penalized.
Everybody did drugs, who wanted to win. So at the end the stronger one wins again. I vote for free drugs and doping, let us see how far they will go,...screwing their own bodies.
just take a moment -what ever side you take,be it lemond or armstrong. those two guy's were born to win and achieved greatness after life threatening illness/accident, so were they drug influenced? or do some athletes -along with a tremendous psychological will to win, also have that little extra genetically. i'm not an expert by any means, but combine the mental and physical edge they both possessed and there you have it. two legends of cycling, which can not and shouldn't be disputed..
you are naive at some point willpower won`t help you when your muscles just dont get enoguh oxygen. lemond might have been one of the last clean tour winners, but Armstrong no way.
He has lead pellets in his heart lining-give him a break- he was an amazing rider. If Hinault didn't f*ck and he didn't get shot, he could have won 5 TDF easily...
