This is a video of Amanda Overmyer playing at the Chrome Horse Saloon on June 13, 2009 in Cedar Rapids, IA before around 600 people, 150 inside and 450 outside. This was the celebration of CREST FEST in Cedar Rapids, IA celebrating a one year anniversary of the devastating FLOOD that occurred in Cedar Rapids, IA one year ago in 2008. This song called "Let's Take It Outside", is one of her favorite Album songs about a "pissed-off singer" who had beer bottles thrown at her drummer. It's kind of funny. This was part of her countrywide tour to promote her new Album SOLIDFY available for purchase over ITUNES just released in March 10, 2009. It is reprinted courtesy of the Chrome Horse Saloon, Mark Dukes, and Overmyer Productions.
Amanda is really good singing songs about "pissed-off" people ... I am waiting for someone from the crowd to actually throw a bottle at her drummer! As of yet no one has done that. Amanda ROCKS and she really rocked on this one, and one of my favorites.
