The 11th MIC retreat took place in Pohnpei. MIC is made up of government and non-government conservation leaders throughout Northern Marianas, Guam, Palau, Yap, Chuuk, Pohnpei, Kosrae, and Marshall Islands

Haha...my bad. It sounds very Marshalese. I've been to so many Marshalese parties and I guess they sorta have the same singing style.
