Dearest Ones, Lovers of the Divine,
This is Sananda.

I Am here with you today to help you to understand that there is a difference between thinking and being - which many of you are not clearly aware of.

You can think light, but it does not necessarily mean that you ARE Light.
You can think love, but it does not necessarily mean that you ARE Love.

Mankind has been trapped so much in the mind - that earth humans have forgotten the true space in the heart where there is mere Being. It is the undivided place of eternity where the Divinity, the Source of Existence can Shine trough so that you ultimately can become One with It.

As you have forgotten this place, you have separated yourself from your origin over the course of millenniums by thinking. Thinking is the great separator from Source. Thinking is a process that can only occur when you allow the idea of duality to emerge. With thinking you create a copy of Reality, of All-That-Is. With thinking you put a veil upon what is alive, what is Sacred, and it flattens the force and dynamic of true feeling into something artificial, a surrogate of living life as an expression of the Divine Itself.

@danielpkelly27 you are right.Most videos are clear and concise. I am almost sure i wouldnt have understood this particular video either if i hadnt pondered on the subject(by observing heart-mind-body focusing on heart not by just thinking)just before i saw the video :) Thats why i found it so great ,because is a difficult subject (that some might grasp easier but it was actually very difficult for me)and the video was a good validation and further clarification

@danielpkelly27 .as i see it. there is spirit , soul-emotions/feelings, mind ,body.Spirit is the divine ,Soul is the being, body+mind are in the process of making(=learning)Soul mooves between spirit and body-mind .to learn the world, Spirit is light-love-ethics yet intangible(thats why video sais mooving in duality is progress) .the soul guided by the spirit (to not loose its course )leads and learns from+for+with the help of mind body.Thats evolution But it can also get trapped in mind-body

@danielpkelly27 emotion creates thought. thought is not real. just the copy(memory)of something that u have lived before.this way thoyght also creates emotion-a duplicate ,based on thin air aka based on your thoughts ,not upon a concrete reality.emotion is our response to outside stimuli -energies,to life (i am not reffering to feelings-sensations here) can you not feel w/o thinking?
