having heard "most" (at least a *whole lot*) of both 13th Floor Elevators and Roky's various records, I have to say that this song and *in particular* this version is the greatest song he has written and sung. oftentimes what is required to appropriately convey emotions is just that - a backyard with your mother listening/filming while you play and sing for her and nobody else
