another personal record broken, broke 4 pr's last month going for 4 more this month
yes 500 i can picture 5 plates on each side. i get the 500 first...

you are correct only 2 and a half, figure i cut myself some slack since training going so well its gym lift any, motivation plays a key part in the outcome of my next training session.....
