@freak777power Your comment doesn't really make a lot of sense. I think you're trying to say that you think that GM cars sound like tractors and that automatically makes them crap. That's cool if you think that, but this one in particular would give a LOT of people a surprise.

@GTPTaylor Too bad a 12 year old Dell doesn't have a LGA1366 socket motherboard. SO..... the processor swap you speak of would be more like putting a LS1 in a CRX. This engine on the other hand does belong in this car and the Procharger is a nice touch.

@str8lucks2000GT The kit was originally produced by Stattama (ZZP), but has since gone out of production. You can find kits for sale occacionally on forums such as clubgp or grandprixforums. In fact there is a kit available right now on clubgp. I'll post the link in your channel.

@RipleyxReactive Thanks for the compliment! I'm not exactly sure about what you mean in regards to a cork screw turbo on the GTPs. The GTP didn't come with a turbo, it came with a supercharger from Eaton called the M90. The M90 isn't nearly as efficient as the Novi 1000 though, which is one of the reasons that I went with this setup. Plus it was unique and I found it for a decent deal. The goal is to make 400whp and call it a day.

@zipper778 Nothing wrong with a monte. Gotta love the 3800.

why not go for cork skrew turbo found on GTPs? Still cool though.

@thedude037 I love sleepers too. The 3800 was available in Park Ave's as well, however, those Buicks are a bit heavier then my Monte (~400-500lbs more), so they are a little slower. Also, the procharger never came on a factory 3800 v6, so that is unique to only a handful of people who have done this (like myself). All in all, 3800's are cool!
