It seems like a small win because it was a "keep" only case. Once a "bear" case winds its way through the courts, the right will be protected and the 2nd amendment restored.

The semi-Auto ban is still on in DC and that needs to be fixes before some sort of carry law not just a home defense.

Yeah, this is a step in the right direction, but problem is it has no effect on the stiff gun laws in New York among other cities and states.

It is a little good news from the US Supreme Court. I do not gain hope by this or anything else the government does. I am encouraged much more by all the great work being done by Reason, especially the Drew Carey Project, the Free State Project, the Campaign for Liberty, downsizeDC, etc. Liberty will prevail in America some day.
