@8BigBaHo8 well if you payed attention to the video you would see that had this been a real dogfight the F-16 would have gotten 15 gun kills on the MiG-29...so i think what you meant to say was-

@hotpocketpoison Then you are deliberately pretending to be "blind". "MiG-29" comes at front of right scale of HUD, which is an altimeter indication. And I gave you a link with REAL dogfight, when REAL bandit passes behind numbers of HUD (naturally).

This vid is reproduced multiple times on YT and everywhere it has massive number of dislikes, because people understand that this is FAKE.

@BitnikGr HA! first of all you can CLEARLY see the PLANE never overlaps the hud, the part of the HUD that looks like an upside down and sideways L(i have no idea how else to describe it)is what disrupts the HUD as it passes over it, in fact i paused the video multiple times when the MiG-29 is passing DIRECTLY under the HUD, not overlapping it AT ALL, i dont know what that thing is, but it is OBVIOUSLY not the plane!!! also i already taught you what wing loading was, take down your other comment.

This video is FAKE! It's all over YT reuploaded dozens of times as F-16 vs MiG-29 and as F-16 vs SU-27.

0:44, 1:07, 1:41, 1:59, 2:13, 2:50... Fake MiG-29 overlayed picture covers HUD display.

@pepito062796 actually, you are still wrong, the only MiG-29 variants that have 9 hardpoints are the K model and the MiG-35, neither of which are in active service with the russian military, the MiG-29M(the most advanced version that is actually used by the VVS)only has 8, however the overwhelming majority of MiG-29s in service with the VVS only have 7 hardpoints, whereas even the F-16A has 11 hardpoints.

@hotpocketpoison Wrong information. The old mig-29 has 7 hardpoints, Russia uses the upgraded version with 9 hardpoints. I checked wikipedia and u were right that SAMs shot down F-16, but I can guarantee that this video is a wrong simulation. I like the F-16, but in real life, it will lose against the MiG-29. There is no need to call me a "fucking moron"

@sovietskies69 firstly, the russian military is being cut IN HALF in the next few years, how is that not a severe cutback??? secondly, i think these people DO know our equipment is superior, they just refuse to accept the truth, and since they STILL spout their nonsense then it IS a lie(because of the definition you stated you cant possibly disagree with this).

@hotpocketpoison lies and ignorance is a very different thing. lies is when you know the truth, like If I was to say J-20 is stealthier then F-22-lie. Ignorance is when you dont know so you blurt your opinion, kind of how u used to go around and telling people that Russia is facing severe cutbacks.
