A DAY AFTER SOME WHERE ALLOWED TO GO VISIT THEIR PROPERTY AND GRAB SOME BELONGINGS, AUTHORITIES ARE NOT LETTING ANYONE ACCESS. MORE THAN 9 SQUARE MILES OF CEDAR RAPIDS WERE FLOODED. NOW OWNERS CAN SEE THERE PROPERTY BUT JUST CAN'T REACH IT. For those of you who think we are all okay- we are not! Many of us still haven't been able to "go home" and we are being told it will be years before they decide what they should do. We are rebuilding so they better fix the levee.
