I send you a huge wave of love and welcome you to 2011!!

It is by no accident that YOU are here...

As we enter 1:1:11 you may experience intense body sensations and heaviness as you prepare for full integration with higher frequencies of you - which is similar to the drawing i channeled yesterday, which you can see on your screen... take it slow and do what you can to ground, anchor and settle these energies into your physical body. For some this will happen today and others it will happen over the next few months...

It feels like a hollowness or emptiness as we prepare for merging of our soul / spirit / higher self / the merging of our 5th dimensional lightbody... its like everything has been scraped out of us internally so we have room for all of US.

My heart burns... my head pounds... my body is heavy... my feet are tingling...

Listen to your body, love your sacred Temple and act accordingly today... Your Temple will guide you for perfect grounding, anchoring and integration of those higher frequencies into your physical body... wow.. this is intense awakening!! Integration is here... Listen, love and choose to flow with your body, this moment and your feelings... break those old habits today... step out of your thinking mind and into your flowing heart...
