It's so interesting how Bach plays with the anticipation of the listener! (At least mine!) During the third bar of this movement, I expect the fourth bar to close the first phrase of the movement, as usual in this kind of movement. But the fourth bar is playfully extended, not with one, not with two, but with eight wonderful bars, each of which is a pleasant surprise, and especially pleasant in retrospect, recalled together with the rest of the phrase as a whole. Bach was THE genius of Music.
