CIMA Hospital was very busy the day I went in for a number of cosmetic procedures, but being American, and paying in cash, put me in front of every line. Don't let the empty rooms in this video fool you, it's crowded with people. Still, it's very modern, though few people other than my surgeon spoke fluent English. Traffic in this neighborhood is heavy, but my buddy made his way there in our rental car without much problem. Pay cash, and they discount 10%.
