* S t o r y ;
When I was younger I had really important friend, she was, if I may say so, my light, my better half. But as all stories go, we, too, was separated.

But naive as I was I told her;
"Don't ever forget... where ever you go, I'm always with you... promise?"

And she replied with a faint smile;
"You're going to forget... making that promise"

I remember how much those words hurt me, the worst part was that they were true. I can no longer remember her name, her voice or her face.
It pains me.

Though no matter how much it hurts I told myself to move on and that I would remember when I meet her.

I continued my path, I grew to be a weapon, each mission the same. Taking someone's life, have became something daily.

My latest mission, is to silence the rebellion leader. A woman, it appears.

When Lightning stands face to face with her target, she feels as if there's something familiar with her, but she ignores it.

As the fighting begins, her target, has the upper hand.

She is much stronger than I suspected, she, too, is a weapon.

But nevertheless, I have to end this.

The element of surprise, Noctis, appears. He interferes in Lightnings fight, protecting the rebellion leader.

In the mist of their fight , Noctis changes his target

Before I could understand what had happened,
I found myself in between the man and my target.

I, protecting what I was going to end.

My body had moved on it own.

And now, my target and I stand on the same side, but I became the one who ended the man's life.

I turn to face my target, the unbearable uneasiness is stirring in my heart.

I do not wholly wish to fight her.

But I have to

Yet again Lightning is standing face to face to her target, ready to strike, the fight have yet again begun.

But a difference, the target, does not answer Lightnings fire

She's not moving, I can end this in just one breathe.
Aim... and fire.

As Lightning fires her gun, she sees a younger girl in front of her target, the girl she had forgotten, her most precious one.
