David Huppert profiles the co-owners of Harvest Moon Grille, Charlotte's premiere farm-to-table restaurant. Cassie Parsons and her partner Natalie Veres started farming in Lincoln County 2005. Eager to sell their local products and prove that buying and cooking local is possible, the couple opened a food truck called Harvest Moon Grille. One year later they expanded their operation and opened a brick and mortar location in Uptown's historic Dunhill Hotel.
