@mboy09 can you show me a case where only psychedelics were used by a mentally stable person and they "thought they could fly"? cause that sounds like something someone might try on a dissociative or a deliriant or maybe after a meth binge you might actually beleive the voices, but not something youd try while tripping. also, why would someone jump out a window, you might have some crazy thinking but your not a total retard when your tripping why wouldnt you try taking off from the ground first?

@YourAmericanNeighbor Some are but not LSD. I was just playing around with the stereotypes that squares have about those of us that indulge in a little fancy from time to time.

the kid on the left was probably still trippin'
-
@YourAmericanNeighbor yeah it's called "retard who ruins fun for everyone"
-
@YourAmericanNeighbor That's the kind of stuff where I'm talking about people with underlying conditions. Even if they're minor psychoactive substances can both inhibit them or bring them out. Whereas recreational drugs are the ones that are going to bring them out. Some like PTSD it can actually be used to treat. Yes, it shouldn't be taken lightly, nor should they be shunned because of certain happenings. Often the problem is that instead of LSD people get dosed with DOB or some other shit.

Timothy Leary moved to a wealthy benefactor's estate in Millbrook New York after he left Harvard University. There he and his colleagues, Ralph Metzner and Richard Alpert (Ram Dass) continued in the Psychedelic research that they had engaged in at Harvard. After a couple of years the obnoxious future Watergate criminal G. Gordon Liddy, who was prosecutor for the county at the time, arranged a raid on the compound and arrested Leary. He was unsuccessfully prosecuted.
