It has been years since I worked there. The job process was pretty basic. You apply in person and get an interview with the manager. In my case it was the owner Scott. Then you begin training and learn how to make a smoothie and read the recipes. Then you focus on speed and making your smoothies quickly. You then learn the recipes for making juices. Then you learn how to make the food/paninis and wraps. Then you move on to learning how to clean the machines and take them apart. GREAT JOB.
