If you're looking for a really portable machine, go with this one. If you just want a cheap computer and not care about the size, go for a laptop for a bit extra money.

what programs (applications) does the unit actually come with when you first upload it. also, is there a disk included that has other optional downloadable applications

Hi there, I frankly can't remember what came with it because I reformatted it pretty early. But I do know that most of the programs in there are not useful. In fact, I believe it came with some anti-virus software but I use AVG Free anti virus because it's free forever, not just 6 months.

Oh, and it doesn't come with a disk. You can get some of the software from the HP drivers and software web page specific to the Mini 110 though

Will it also like keep for Years because im on a laptop at the minute that i got two years aggo and its slowed away down.. will the hp mini 110 do this??

The computer slowing down after some time has nothing to do with the computer itself but with Windows. Windows will slow down if you use it for a long time without reformatting. It will be no different with any PC on the market today. The solution is to reformat your computer at least once a year.
