@ihatefakersandposers Dude, i think i can recognize the language of my fatherland... The choir is from catalunya but the song is a french one. If you read the informations under the video you can see that the lyrics are written in french.

This is an interpretation by the Catalan conductor Jordi Savall of a work by the French composer Claude Gervaise. Savall's interpretation is part of an album titled "Carlos V - Mille Regretz: La Canción del Emperador" because it consists of many European works during the Emperor's lifetime. The album's title does not refer to this particular song but the adaptation to the vihuela by Spanish composer Luis de Narváez of the French song Mille Regretz, the Emperor's favourite song.
