You don't want to know... They're even worse. Well, actually, I've tried customer service in both languages. The common thing is they just don't listen. Their pronunciation is not quite good, but the main thing is they don't understand what you have to say. Overall, their service is SLIGHTLY better in English, but well below standards that I would deem acceptable.
