Adam Lambert sings "Quiet Desperation" from the musical PUMP UP THE VOLUME.
Adam recorded this demo for us in the summer of 2006 as a part of our effort to acquire the rights to adapt the 1990 film PUMP UP THE VOLUME as a stage musical.
We are thrilled to have worked with Adam, and wish him the very best in his quest to be the next American Idol!!!

Ive never heard Adam sing a single low note that he didnt easily attain.

This song proves his diversity as a vocalist, he is known for his high register as he is a tenor. But it is very rare for a tenor espically adam who has had classical countertenor training to be so adept in his lowe register. Truley gifted Adam is at singing, like him or hate him its not my opinion, cos far as ive concerned I dont think their is a singer alive today who is even in the same world as Lambert when it comes to vocals. When god took Michael Jackson, they gave the world Adam.

It'd be shocking if he was to sing in only low register on the show! Cuz we were so used to him singing in his high register and his high notes.
