I LOVE Delta blues too. I think that its just something that speaks to everyone no matter who you are, a type of music with emotion.

Great Video, I'm 17 and am a huge fan of the blues. Of course I like 'modern' music but my heart is in listening to and also playing Blues. Son House, Robert Johnson, Howlin Wolf, Muddy Waters ect I just love it. I got a harmonica recently and my bands songs are inspired by this music combined with the influence of bands today. I owe a lot to the blues, it must of been amazing to grow up in an era where you felt the Blues. Great Video, Cheers man :)

Out of curiosity, how many Zimmers remain with us to this day and other than Alf and Winnie, are the rest of the crew still quite active? What became of group after the loss of Alf? Does the group have a new lead singer? I tip my hat to you guys, as old people are often left forgotten. There's no sadder place than a nursing home.

@Utuber1951 Unfortunately four of the original members have now died and others no longer take part in performances for various reasons. This leaves Grace and myself as the most elderly of the original group. It isn't possible for all of us to take part in every performance so selections are made according to the venue and expense.
