walk up to her and ask her if she wants to go to dinner. You are a good-looking guy, I doubt she is going to be disgusted or anything, if she isn't interested she will probably let you know politely. Just be confident, you probably have as much to offer as any other guy that has ever asked her out. Viel Glück!
