1 T NAMA SHOYU OR SOY SAUCE
1 OLIVE OIL
ARUGULA SALAD:
2 C ARUGULA LEAVES
1 T OLIVE OIL
1 T APPLE CIDER VINEGAR
1 T NAMA SHOYU OR SOY SAUCE
MIX ALL THE INGREDIENT AND ERVE AS IN THE VIDEO. GARNISH WITH A SLICE OF PERSIMMON
