  • personally, I think rise of china is returning china back to its past. centuries ago, china was once the center of technology, culture, advancement etc and europe was buying all its goods from them. however, it got way too cocky and allowed europeans advanced while closing itself from development for centuries. thanks to deng, it has finally opened its doors to the west and made significant advancements inthe last thirty years, but usa still the country has most intelligent inventors

  • for those who are ignorant and arrogant. look at it this way... China is there at the dawn of man and 5000 years later, they are still here! They dominated in technology, culture and economy for thousands of years. but every nation rise and fall at some point, China fell when the Manchu took over and closed the gate. now the Han are back in control and its getting back on its feet again. (im not saying its Manchu's fault or being a racist in anyway)

  • @eastern2western that's the western ideology built based on capitalism where honors and pride is seen as negligible in front of cash money

  • what is the sound track

  • @jonathanparis1988 u are absolutely right when it comes to asians being inventors, but most of them would much rather work in the usa than any where else because of political freedom and better pay. when it comes to economics, there is no political royalty.

  • @eastern2western How many of the US scientists and engineers are Asian?

  • @MegaHelicobacter The UK rule gave them the opportunity to do so. The Chinese people worked hard under Mao but never became first world, Mao never gave them the chance.

  • @warriorprince1010 coz hong kong people worked hard to maintain its first class.

  • @MegaHelicobacter No. HK was third world the UK made it first world, it remains first world. Case closed. China is a colony of the dictators who rule them. All dictatorships are colonies of the ruling class.

  • The only credit the British deserved is to let hong kong became a free trade region. that's it. The english never treated the Hong kong people as equal as the New Zealanders or the Austrilians. They viewed them as 2nd class humans if not third or fourth.

  • @warriorprince1010

Hong kong became even greater after the coward English, who ditched their colonial Chinese people when the Japanese attacked, left.

  • @warriorprince1010 just like what a colonist would say.
