@r2d2d2r What? The Pilot did a terrible job... I wouldn't be at all surprised if he got himself a hefty fine for that little stunt.
What he SHOULD have done, when he realised he'd f***ed up the approach, was call to the Tower that he was going around and (assuming this was an ILS approach) flown the missed approach procedure.
