I'm going for my biopsy next month for celiac disease as my doctor took blood tests from me that point to me having it. I'm a bit nervous because I'm not a fan of hospitals but it is worth it. I have symptoms like bloating, gas, depression, mood swings, teeth discolouration, feeling sick- like wanting to vomit, tiredness, no energy. I kind of hope I have celiacs as if this can turn my life around then I'll take it on.

@bellabop88 so how did you go??? Hope you kept eating gluten until you had the biopsy, otherwise it won't be accurate??? xxx

No disease is forever if pathology is reversible. Celiac is a curable disease as is lactose intolerance.Know symptoms, onset, factors that modify the disease/symptoms (can eat gluten foods in cold weather or with paw paw). It is hard finding a grain substitute that doesn’t lack nutritionally, Chickpeas fill this void, and come in flour form. The body can be trained to tolerate substances, via a method of desensitization/based on a homoeopathic principle and is commonly done with allergies. Adios

@k19singh It's not something I am prepared to try when I can be 100% well without it. Gluten is not GREAT for the body anyway xxx
