Roborovski Hamster Babies Day 10

Day 10! Now the babies are fully furred and dark pigment growing on their ears. SO CUTE. They look like little peanuts with big heads and tiny bodies! All there's left is their eyes to open and they will look like mini robo hamsters! Their eyes should open in less than a week. HOW EXCITING.
My mommy robo (bon bon) was being a party pooper and trying to hide the babies but we all know that these babies LOVE the camera! :D

awww but do you have to re tame your hamster after you can touch the babys?

@loveu2131 uhh i dont understnad. if u touch the bbies, the mom might eat her babies bc she doesnt know ur scent. but i tamed all my hamsters so they let me touch their babies without freaking out. they know i am here to HELP them.

@loveu2131 Yes, I touched my dwarf winter white hamster whenever she came out of the nest. They are pretty much normal.

@TheKatelynGreene They are WONDERFULLY nice. I had two but one over ate and died of a heart attack :-( I have literally bred/owned every breed of hamster available in the U.S. and these are the sweetest.

The only con I can see is that they're small and quick, so they're a little hard to handle. They're best recommended for previous hamster owners, but you can manage them. They never squeak unless being harmed, are clean and odor-free, hypoallergenic, and so damn cute! (Pardon my French...)
