you dont need a amp on most door speakers most head units put out around 50 wats on all 4 channels

that's peak, ds650.2s run 50 rms, which is why most people power even low power rated speakers off an amp, when ran off the head unit at the 22 watt rms the this one is rated there will be distortion for the top 1/4 of the volume range

I'm not sure if my last comment made sense lol I was in the Apple store when I typed it. The speakers are rated at 50 watts RMS whereas the headunit will only do 22 watts RMS which is pretty average or even a little high for an aftermarket headunit, at that 22 watts rms there will be some distortion, which is why most people will amp their aftermarket speakers, they will play louder and show less distortion at higher volumes, plus running lower RMS could hurt the speaker

did those speaker fit back in the factory position with the factory grill or did you have to modifiy it?

@blackadderxiv
I had to put them on the bracket a little weird and then fill the gaps with some clay to seal them and then the grill I had to shave down in the back so it didn't hit the cone of the sub, I hope this makes sense
