    Hello!

Oil is used to fry puris only and if you don't have enough oil, puris won't puff and this recipe requieres puff puris. The amount of oil I used did not go in puris at all. If you notice, amount of oil remains same even after frying all puris.....just watch properly and then comment i guess..

  • i think that the quantity of oil which you put inside helps the human to die so early..

    Hi

It must be due to your dry dough. You do not need to grease your tortilla maker. Please watch all my videos where I am using toritlla maker so that you will get more ideas. When you use tortilla maker dough needs to be soft.

  • thanx much. one more question..when I press balls in tortilla maker, they do get pressed but they will break automatically and until I remove those broken puris from tortilla maker, they all become dry- like powder. can you tell me why did that happen? and do I need to grease tortilla maker before putting balls in it?
