Dont know why taxpayers have to pay the huge policing costs to manage a carnival where all the scum of the earth congregate.
Pull the Police out and send the army boys in with live rounds. Id like to see the usual bottle throwing rioting yobs kickoff then.
I bet unemployment numbers would fall aswell after.

OK I have ssen the video and i must of missed something cause the police are just standing around like they normally do ......... do nothing! but I fail to see how this particular clip shows they ruined carnival.
