The international criminal court prosecutor, Louis Moreno will investigate the suspected masterminds of Kenyas 2007 post election violence with a view of indicting them at The Hague. This is after Ocampo's application to be granted permission by the pre-trial chamber to probe the Kenyan cases was granted today, meaning ICC investigators could soon be on their way to Kenya to conduct further investigations on the suspected key masterminds of the violence. Immediately after the ruling, Ocampo declared that he would ensure justice is realised in Kenya over the post election violence. Our man Alex Chamwada is in the Hague and has filed the following report.
@S'mith: Right! Yu can take them outta village...they will bring the village all way!

HEHEHEHEHEHEHEHE!!!!!! Chamwada!!! Chamwada!! There goes all the evidence with the wind!!! In the long run analysis nobody will ever be prosecuted in the Hague because the evidence will be gathered along ethnic lines and therefore not admissible in an impartial court . Oh Ocampo, this case is going to be so difficult for you.
