What a load of crap. That's some very minor scuffing on the finish, NOT a scratch. The powder you rubbed off the flooring looked like it was lightly sanded with 400 grit paper, maybe 600 even. Rubbish..

It would have been nicer had he dusted it off first and gave us a close up of the actual scratch, so we can get an accurate visual of whether or not this stuff really worked.
