yep i can help, when you plug the zen in to the pc does the light fade out and brighten again if so this is what you need to do!!press the reset button with the pin while the zen is plugged into the pc, keep doing this untill you see the screen flash on. you may need to do this 10 times or something, ie:hold down the power button and press reset, while you do this the zen ALWAYS plugged in to the pc, hope this helped and sorry for the english.

BUT to have a decent interface for a web browser you'd need to add a touch screen with an on-board keyboard (i.e. iPod touch) or some sort of keyboard. Like HELL would I use a T9 style interface to browse the web. It'd be like using the PSP all over again...

I used to have an ipod touch what I didn't like was the battery life which didn't last long as the specification said. I'd rather have zen because it's very compact and battery can last all day long unlike ipod.Hopefully, zen will add a web browser.
