This is some in-air footage of my Microlight experience at Hervey Bay, Australia.
Microlight flying is a safe and amazing way to experience aviation!
There is nothing like the rush of the wind in your face and the raw control you get with a tilt-shift aircraft.
If you are into aviation, have a go at this!

Nice video, I used to fly from Bundaberg 30yrs ago now ! but fly in UK now. Used to be Microlights, just transferring to Motorgliders. Hervey Bay looks to have changed a lot too. Iv'e done some vids if you want a look at UK flying.

I must fly down there again one day, it's beautiful down there. It's been a while since i flew down to Hervey Bay. I fly out of Caboolture on the north side of Brissy. Well done on your video, you put it together well.

i bet i could make one. just chop out a 4 cylinder from a junker, weld some aluminum into a frame, make a wing from some sheet metal and pipe cover it in garbage sacs and your ready to go. nice vid.

i wouldn´t like to be onboard when the pilot tried to show-off releasing his hands off the wing control at 8ft from the ground, one blink and u2 are dead.

im from hervey bay and i fly the planes over to fraser island. microlights are a little out of my comfort zone but i bet they would be fun it they are your thing. sweet video, gives people the chance to see what we see nearly every day

I must admit, flying a Cessna is definitely a lot more comfortable, but nothing beats the wind in your face sometimes. :)

Love that video mate, brilliant...i wanna so much go back and live in W.A, how much for your microlight liscence in Oz?Here in U.k 4k gbp, a lot of cash and the flying days are few and far between in Scotland...Get back to Australia one day. Fly Safe.

Not sure of the licence / training cost exactly, but I'll bet its probably 40% cheaper than the UK :)
Did you notice I was flying in shorts? lol, that's why I love OZ, the weather :)
