You know how sometimes you're sitting on the bus on your way to work in the morning, half asleep, thinking to yourself, 'Hmm...my birthday is coming up. It's my Golden Birthday. I turn 27 on the 27th. Maybe I should do something crazy.' And, as you look out over the river as you cross the bridge, the morning sun sparkling off Big Pink, this little thought floats into your head and says, 'Maybe you should go skydiving.'
Big thanks to the guys and gals at Skydive Oregon and especially Ted, my photo and video guy and Chuck, the guy I was strapped to! If you're in Oregon and you want to jump out of a plane, go there and hopefully the day will be as perfect as it was for me.
