I came across this randomly from google... but thanks for posting this! They are sending the National Guard down to Lander to help with all that (my husband included) and I couldn't find ANYTHING online about it besides all the flash flood warnings through out the state!

@PrairiePie23 I think the biggest prob. was cool all spring and a quick warm up all at once,plus as you say, a good amount of snow fall!
