@wickedwitch206 What congress? They are too inept to do anything. I am amazed at all that Obama has accomplished even without a Congress to support him. Since his Jobs Bill, unemployment has been dropping, and his tax plan is bringing jobs back to the States! I am personally amazed at what he has been able to do, even against Congress's obstructivism!

@wickedwitch206 Why is it, when we dig deeper into the real cause of the real estate mess, we find that it was financial deregulation (by Republicans) that led to the corruption, predatory lending practices, which led to the collapse!

I saw some people they paid off the mortgage, but has no money to pay the property taxes which lead to foreclosure.

Who is going to live in a place like a third world country? Compare to today's economy elsewhere around the world! Many cities in the US are uncompetitiveness, without efficient public transportation like subway or bus at all. I can't believe how can a low-income family could afford a car for their children to get a car to work. Most young kid have no job experience and limited choice of work. Business went out because no frequent customer. The property price worth nothing in a ghost town!!!
