What can you accomplish in 360 hours? The Chinese sustainable building company, Broad Group, has achieved another impossible feat - building a 30-story tall hotel in 360 hours.

You may ask "why so fast?" and "is it safe?"

Prefabricated modular buildings have many advantages:

Higher precision in fabrication (+/- 0.2mm).
More coordinated on-site construction management.
Shorter construction time span.
Lower construction waste.
Health and
Energy efficiency.

I'm just saying that process demonstrated in this video (standardisation of components, pre-assembling, just in time delivery, which results in very low inventory on the site) is a part of lean method and the outcomes usually are very positive in terms of quality (again, if they got it the right way)... Many construction firms all over the globe seek to develop best practice for this kind of procurement. You can't judge this and say that the quality is crap just by watching a short video

What about those that are mentally disabled from birth, as in Down's Syndrome?

It takes me less than 30 seconds to become ERECTED.

To be more accurate. It was not built in 15 days since they also worked at night, and a conventional 'day' of work is 8 hours. So working around the clock for 15 days would rather mean 45 regular working days.

    Intelligence is NOT genetic.

Its a byproduct of ones education, information, upbringing, etc. (environmental influences).

The point is there are still countries with people who are too stupid to figure out how to put one brick ontop of another, while there are other countries with people smart enough to plop together 30 story highrises like lego. And they say intelligence isn't genetic..

This is cool, but misleading. It was ERECTED (not built) in 15 days. I'm sure it took many months or longer to pre-fab all the various parts.
