This is not a race issue.

This is a case of a cop pulling an unruly passenger off of a train.

Who cares what color he was? Don't step onto a train and start threatening people. That is a crime,

I'm glad this asshole is in jail awaiting a court date.

Oscar Grant's death is a completely different (and sad) issue.  And, that was a case where a cop screwed up in the worst possible way.

This is a case of a cop simply doing the job we pay him to do. I see nothing wrong here.

He was drunk, not bipolar :) Even if he is bipolar Im not certain what it had to do with this incident... police dont have time to take a medical history of potentially dangerous suspects beforehand, nor would it have changed the fact that he was breaking the law.
