I did some work 2 weeks after Katrina, in Gulf Port MS Talking to the residents that stayed through and weathered the storm. It is clearly understandable why people stay in the communities they are in. My 90 and 80 year old parents won't leave MI either for better weather in Denver. My concern for ALL involved is the POTENTIAL of the New Madrid Fault to have been compromised, possibly? If you leave yourself open to that potential it becomes more serious than just CAIRO. Maybe? just one idea

I love the people of Cairo. This guy is a sorry asshole. I will tell him in person if I see him. I used to live in Perryville too. Much happier to be from Cairo where people are real. Oh BTW this is Mark Klein and I will say it to your face. I live in Mo now and your vote is lost with all of us friends and family of Cairo.

I have lived in Cairo and I still work in Cairo and this man is rude and his apology is not accepted. He still has that silly smirk on his face and he is not sincere and we are human beings in Cairo, black and white. Sorry Stevie, I'm glad your not trying to get elected in Illinois.
