I hope this bill will add quality of closed caption. We lately being getting terrible CC, we must urge the watchdog to make sure that all shows or programs show quality CC. I am tired to call every darn stations to request them make sure that they produce quality CC next time. If the hearing get quality voice communication why cannot CC.
