Read this first if you think I am a neo-nazi:

1. Germany is a country NOT like Hitler's dream, but of beautiful people not full of hatred and racism.
2. Neo-Nazis need to learn that those they hate fought equally under this flag for freedom; they are wrong in using it for hatred.
3. The lyrics are what I wished to express in any language (I don't speak German)

Men and Woman of many races fought for Dixie, honoring and defending their heritage. Heritage not Hatred.

  • SUmter -- I love the way most history books say the war started because the South attacked fort sumter. We attacked sumter AFTER the amassing of a navy outside of our borders and AFTER we told them to vacate Sumter and they still tried to refill it. We may have fired the 1st shot, but they crossed the line we drew in the sand as well.

  • @rattyboy31 You put this so perfectly, thank you for saying it. You are 100% right and it's so easy to understand, but the history books present false information as being fact as written by the victors.

  • @KayBeeEee1983 Yes, Grant was from Ohio, but that's his quote, whatever he meant by it. The causes of the War are complicated, as all wards are. I am not saying slavery was not an issue, because it was certainly an economic one. Lincoln's quote is "If the cotton states leave, where will our $ come from." So it was "a" cause but not "the' cause, otherwise I wouldn't believe in that cause.

  • @RiverBirch1967 Grant was a Northerner. Northerners fought for Union. The Southern states seceded because Lincoln was going to make sure slavery was outlawed in the territories and because the southern states believed the northern states weren't abiding by the fugitive slave act. Read the Declaration of the Causes of Secession, starting with South Carolina. Confederates say the war was over taxes/tariffs, right? Well, South Carolina doesn't even mention them. It's all about slavery for SC

  • @KayBeeEee1983 Agreed about Rammstein. I do not speak German, but this one said exactly what I wanted to say, etc (in translation), I also used them in a horror music video. :)

  • @KayBeeEee1983 "If I thought this war was to abolish slavery, I would resign my commission and offer my sword to the other side"

    — Ulysses S. Grant

  • @RiverBirch1967 Rammstein sure does kick ass though.

  • @RiverBirch1967 "Slavery was not ethical. The War wasn't over that."

Hmm...you really don't know much about civil war history, do you? Why don't you read the various Causes of Secession declared by various southern states....

  • @KayBeeEee1983 Slavery was not ethical. The War wasn't over that. I just had to answer that one ignorant potshot. Now you can take your rest in peace. I have things to do. However, thank you for watching, I always appreciate that from anyone. :)
