Brownback is the only Republican candidate whom I've noticed seriously supports ONE, signing onto their "Dear Colleague" letter, providing sponsorship on bills relating to Darfur and Uganda, and in general making Africa an issue, if only a small one, in his campaign.
Almost all the Democrats, however, take African issues more seriously and want to put the money where their mouth is, esp. John Edwards.

Brownback is the best humanitarian candidate in the race! If you are a supporter of ONE, you should be a supporter of Brownback!
